Terms of Service

Exemio is a consumer wellness app that helps adults log daily skin metrics, food, sleep, stress and supplements, and surfaces potential correlations using AI. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your dermatologist for medical decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you're tracking on behalf of a child, you're responsible for the accuracy of the data and for any decisions made from it.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us at hello@exemio.app if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

Exemio is free to download and use, including a free level of AI insights. Optional Premium unlocks unlimited insights and full analyses and is billed through the App Store. You can manage or cancel a Premium subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.

Don't reverse engineer the app, use it to build a competing product, upload other people's personal data without their consent, or try to disrupt the service. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service.

You own the data you put into Exemio. How we store, protect and use it is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export everything as CSV or delete your account at any time.

AI insights are behavioral pattern suggestions, not medical advice. Correlations Exemio surfaces are hypotheses to discuss with a clinician — not diagnoses. Do not stop, start or change any medical treatment based on the app.

We do our best to keep Exemio available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features, prices, or these terms; if we make material changes we'll let you know in-app or by email.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Exemio is provided "as is" and we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Consumer protections available to you in your country of residence still apply.
