Privacy Policy

Exemio is a consumer wellness app operated from the Czech Republic (EU). For any privacy questions, contact hello@exemio.app.

Account data: your email address and authentication credentials, so you can sign in and we can contact you about the service.

Wellness log data: what you enter in the app — skin metrics, food, sleep, stress, supplements, and notes.

Device and diagnostic data: minimal technical information (app version, device type, crash logs) needed to keep the app working.

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption.

To run the app and show you your own logs, insights and history.

To generate AI insights and correlations from your data. These insights are shown only to you.

To send essential service messages (e.g. account, security, important product changes). We only send marketing emails if you explicitly opt in.

To improve the app using aggregated, de-identified usage patterns.

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise monetize your health data.

We do not run third-party ad networks, data-broker integrations, or ad-tech analytics on your health data.

We do not use your logs to train third-party AI models.

Some insights are generated with the help of third-party large language models (for example, Claude by Anthropic). When we send data to these providers we send only what's needed to compute the insight, under contracts that forbid it being used to train their models. Providers may temporarily process the request to return an answer.

Under GDPR you can access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data at any time. From inside the app you can export your full history as a CSV, and delete your account (which wipes your logs from our systems).

You can also contact hello@exemio.app to exercise any of these rights, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal logs from our production systems; residual copies in encrypted backups are rotated out on our standard backup cycle.

Exemio is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact hello@exemio.app and we'll remove it.

If we make material changes, we'll notify you in-app or by email. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
