What Exemio costs
Exemio is free to download and use. Premium is optional and unlocks the analysis features; Deep Dive is a separate one-time credit. Prices are set in the App Store and shown in your local currency, and the in-app paywall uses the live App Store price — the figures below were read from the US, UK and Czech App Store on October 23, 2026.

The small print, in plain words
- Subscriptions renew automatically through Apple. Cancel anytime in your iPhone's Subscriptions settings; your account, logs and export stay available on the free tier.
- Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot issue them ourselves.
- If a Deep Dive report fails to generate, the credit is returned to your account.
- Prices differ by country and are set in the App Store; other storefronts may differ from the three shown. UK and Czech prices include VAT; US prices are shown before sales tax.
- There is no separate price for the tracking itself: logging and export are free for everyone.
Questions about pricing
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — for new subscribers, the annual Premium plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you are not charged. The monthly plan and Lifetime have no trial.
- What happens when I cancel Premium?
- You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for, then the app returns to the free tier. Your logs stay, logging stays free, and you can still export everything.
- Does Lifetime include Deep Dive?
- No. Lifetime covers the Premium features (with up to 5 Full Analyses a month). Deep Dive is always a separate one-time credit, whatever plan you are on.
- Why does the app show a different price than this page?
- The paywall shows the live price from your own App Store storefront in your currency. This page lists three storefronts as read on October 23, 2026; prices differ by country and can change.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us: open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID you bought with, and request a refund for the purchase. We can't grant or process refunds ourselves.
