Delete your Exemio account
Exemio (by Jakub Pilch) lets you delete your account and the data linked to it at any time.
Delete it in the app
- Open Exemio.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions — deleting the account does not cancel billing.
Can't open the app?
Email hello@exemio.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject 'Delete my account'. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email and sign-in details).
- All daily logs (skin, symptoms, triggers, sleep, stress, notes).
- AI insights and chat history.
- Imported entries and any uploaded files.
- Push notification tokens.
What we keep, and for how long
Residual copies in encrypted backups are rotated out on our standard backup cycle (up to 30 days).
Purchase records are kept by Apple / Google and RevenueCat as required for billing and tax law.
Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that can't identify you may be kept.
